Cow skin, is popularly known as, Kpomo in Nigeria and in most African countries. Kpomo is widely eaten in Nigeria by all tribes. It’s used for stew, soup, rice, etc.
Ingredients used:
1. Onions
2. Kpomo/Cow skin/Kanda/pomo
3. Crayfish
4. Tatashe
5. Salt
6. Beef stock powder
7. Jalepeno/shombo
8. Scotch bonnet
