It is a black Sunday in Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area in Lagos state, Nigeria.
An hour ago, a loud bang was heard in areas, such as: Festac, Abule Ado, Satellite town and Surulere. At first, alot of people thought it was an attack from Boko Haram. After investigations, it was reported that it was actually a pipeline explosion.
The pipeline explosion which occurred in Amuwo Odofin areas has destroyed lots of houses and some notable buildings, such as: Bethlehem girls’ college and a catholic church. According to reports, one person has been confirmed dead.
