Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Woman confronting man, Thomas Elliot, for putting his phone on the floor to videotaping a woman’s pants as he is arrested for ‘felony secret peeping’ at Target store, in Greenville, North Carolina.
A North Carolina elementary school volunteer & alleged church worker (unconfirmed) has been arrested for “felony secret peeping”.
He was caught on camera putting his phone under a woman’s dress in Target & taking photos.
“Police say a shopper in the store began recording a man who she believed was following her around the store & captured him placing his phone on the floor under a woman’s skirt.”
