What Nigerian people and other African migrant farmers pass through in Italy has been revealed. In the video, the African migrant farmers lack basic amenities, such as: Good drinking water, electricity, network service, good food, etc. (Read More Here).




According to a Nigerian female farm worker, Rita Godwin says she usually boils her water with herbs, because they don’t have access to good and clean drinking water in the refuge camp in Italy. 


According to the narrator, says that the African farm workers are paid according to the colour of the skin or the countries they come from. He says that racism is a factor in the payment of salaries. 


Black migrant farm workers in Italy are paid £10-£35 (10-35 Euros). Ismail, a Ghana migrant farm worker, says that he can’t call his family back home via video call, because he doesn’t want his family members to see the condition of the environment he lives in. 


According to the narrator, says that the African government migrant farm workers can’t go to the major cities to work because they don’t have Italian legal documents. 


A popular founder of field worker, Aboubakar Soumahoro, told the migrant farm work to go on strike so that they would start paying them well.
