Tyrese says him and Paul Walker were both hooking up with Eva Mendes’ stunt double while on set for the 2003 film “2 Fast 2 Furious”.
Fast and Furious series fame Tyrese Gibson is famous in the entertainment industry. The actor is more popular among fans of his on-screen name Roman Pearce. The actor has been associated with the FnF franchise from 2003’s 2 Fast 2 Furious and went on work in it till its latest release F9 in 2021. The actor had also worked in numerous other action flicks including Transformers, and Death Race, and was also seen in Sony’s Spiderman spinoff Morbius.
Fast and Furious franchise star Tyrese Gibson and the late Paul Walker shared a strong friendship in real life. The actors first worked together in the movie 2 Fast 2 Furious. The duo was best of friends for a long period of a decade. Gibson was deeply saddened by the sudden demise of his buddy and co-actor, Paul Walker in 2013.
In an interview with The Morning Hustle, Tyrese Gibson opened up about the time, when he and Paul Walker were going to start working together. The actor shared they had started hanging together when they learned that will be working together in 2 Fast 2 Furious. Gibson shared that he and Walker were unknowingly sleeping with the same woman when they were shooting for the film. The actor went on to reveal that the woman was Eva Mendez’s stunt double Cindy Leon.
Tyrese mentioned Eva Mendes’ stunt double Cindy Leon in a recent interview and fans are loving the unheard tidbits that make them reminisce about late actor Paul Walker‘s mischievous side.
Tyrese recalled from his days of filming, “She’s a beautiful girl, and me and Paul were smashing the same girl on the set of 2 Fast 2 Furious and didn’t even know it … It was Eva Mendez’s stunt double, and we were both just complimenting this girl every day and for whatever reason, we just didn’t say we were both smashing the same girl.”
Cindy Leon, the stunt double in the discussion also confirmed the incident in another interview revealing how “In the bedroom, Tyrese was sexy and freaky, while Paul was sweet and loving.” She went on to quip, Tyrese had the bigger manhood but Paul was “good, he was not small, I’m not complaining.”
WHO PURSUED CINDY FIRST?
Cindy also divulged how the whole triangle of mischief started. She claimed, “Tyrese pursued me first and then Paul pursued me and I wasn’t tied down to anyone so I took the opportunity to go out on a date.”
She added how their dating encounter also became a bonding experience for Paul and Tyrese who got to know about it “cause of their friendship.”
