Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Zandile Mafe’s lawyer, Luvuyo Godla, has said that his client is innocent and the government wants to use him as a scapegoat. (Read More Here).







While speaking outside the court, Godla, says that Zandile Mafe can’t set the parliament on fire with explosives. 





Mafe faces several charges, among them charges under the explosives act, theft, arson and housebreaking.


According to information FW the CCTV footage, Zandile Mafe, was seen around the parliament at 6:00AM on Sunday, December 2, 2022, before the fire outbreak occurred at the South Africa’s Parliament. 


Godla says: “This is not a person who is supposed to be apprehended, this one is a scapegoat. This is a failure of executives and legislature.”

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that CCTV has captured Zandile Mafe on the day the fire happened at the Parliament on Sunday, December 2, 2022.

According to information, Zandile Christmas Mafe, is currently being accused of setting the parliament on fire with the use of some explosives. 





According to reports, Zandile Mafe, appeared in court today and was defended by a private attorney Luvuyo Godla. Outside the court, Luvuyo Godla says:


“Poor person” furnished all details to authorities, and they have not gone to establish his address.


“My client denies these charges, and that is why he is pleading not guilty.”


Court has granted a 7-day remand of the matter for the State to collect bail information and inspection at the crime scene after it is declared safe. The case is postponed to 11 January.
