Taking to a public domain, a disgusted parent shared the video of a little boy who was badly flogged by his teacher.
According to the teacher at Lagos African Church Grammar School, says that the student came to school with bushy hair, despite the warning he was given.
The boy’s hand was badly swollen and it looked like he had a dislocation.
