Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Smiling Eyewitness said man, James Yoo, fired a high caliber weapon ‘AR’ to get house exploded during search warrant execution in Arlington, Virginia.
Around 8:35 p.m., Arlington officials instructed residents near the explosion site to shelter in place in the area of 9th St. N. and N. Burlington Street.
Officers on the scene reported minor injuries, with no one taken to the hospital, police said.
Police have not confirmed whether the suspect was inside the home when it exploded.
“As officers were attempting to execute a search warrant at the residence, the suspect discharged several rounds inside the home,” police said. “Subsequently, an explosion occurred at the residence and officers continue to investigate the circumstances of the explosion.”
The house exploded around 8:25 p.m., shaking houses across Arlington. Soon after the explosion, Arlington Fire and EMS said it was on the scene of a structure fire on North Burlington Street.
James Yoo, here legally or not, posted on his LinkedIn profile about his dislike for the federal government.
Yoo’s profile says he was the Former Head of Global Security at the federal government’s Committee on Foreign Investment in the US.
