Simon Ekpa has indeed been arrested in Finland, man confirms.
His arrest came following a Finland parliament discussion and an investigative documentary about the excesses of Simon Ekpa and his terrorist utterances, which even involved a Finnish journalist traveling down to Enugu.

The National Bureau of Investigation in Finland, (KRP), have arrested spokesperson of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Simon Ekpa.
