According to information, SONA stands for: State Of Nation Address. In the trending video, Sen. Risa Hontiveros, is seen standing up but wasn’t applauding (clapping) for Marcos Jr.’s SONA introduction.

Sen. Risa Hontiveros said Marcos Jr.’s SONA is not far from briefings by the DBCC, wishes there were mentions to address corruption. Hontiveros also emphasized she is against the push for mandatory ROTC mentioned in the SONA. (Read More Here).
