“The proposal video was a skit” – BBNaija’s Saga breaks silence on ‘engagement’ with Nini. (Read More Here).




Former Big Brother Naija reality show star, Saga Adeolu has broken his silence on the viral ‘proposal video’ of him and his colleague, Nini Singh.


Recall that the romantic-themed photos and videos of the duo recently went viral sparking engagement rumours.


Saga has now dismissed the rumours in a recent radio interview, saying the ‘proposal video’ was a skit.


According to him, he was shocked when he found out that the video had been leaked.


His disclaimer dashed the hopes of fans who were anticipating seeing them join the exclusive list of Big Brother Naija alumni who became couples.


Nini was Saga’s love interest when they both featured on the Big Brother Naija reality show Season 6 in 2021.


Saga was taunted online for being too vulnerable to Nini. However, in a recent interview on Naija 102.7FM, Saga disclosed that the viral proposal video with Nini was done in December 2022, and the video was a skit.


The Reality TV star said he was also surprised at how the video went viral on the internet.


However, Saga said in an interview on Naija FM 102.7 that the proposal video was a skit shot in December 2022.


“It’s an old video from December last year. I still don’t know how that video got out honestly. It was Neo that called me and was like ‘Saga, your stuff is online.’ I asked, ‘What is online?’ He said, ‘Your proposal video.’ I had to cut the call and run inside my room,” he said, laughing very hard.


Asked when they would tie the knot, he said, “The video na skit.”


Saga and Nini were very close in the Big Brother house which had viewers questioning the nature of their friendship
