The Akwa-Ibom Police Command has kept its promise to parade Uduak Frank Akpan and his father for everyone to see that they’re both alive and haven’t committed suicide as claimed by fake News spreaders.
During the parade today, police cleared the air on a few things that had been trending on social media and Google. According to the first police officer who spoke, he says there weren’t shallow graves at Uduak Frank Akpan’s compound.
He says those holes dug weren’t shallow graves at all. If they were shallow graves, bones and the smell from the bodies would have alerted people to the compound years ago. The reporters of Kossyderrickent and BBC captured a few moments from the parade.
In a video which I haven’t laid my hands on was where the first police debunked the news about those shallow graves. Police PPRO also debunked the news or report that the police want to help Uduak Frank Akpan escape.
According to him, he says it’s because judges and lawyers are still on strike, if not he (Frank) would have been charged to court and sentenced to jail. The parade of Frank and his father took place today, May 14, 2021 in Uyo, at the divisional police headquarters, Ikot Akpan Abia, Uyo. Akwa Ibom State.
