In the trending video, member of PDP was seen giving out free cans of Malta Guinness and Maltina to residents in Anambra.
According to information, it was in a form of bribe to make the residents vote for the governorship candidate for PDP.
The video has gone viral and Nigerians are currently sad. They are unhappy at the fact the residents had to stoop low to accept such demeaning things from the government.
According to information, Anambra state gubernatorial election will be held in a few days time.
