Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Omar Issmail is the man exploiting South African employees as he told people to report Molly Bave TikTok account after exposing ill treatment at Babel Menlyn.
As per the video, employees are allegedly being forced to buy their own uniforms and equipment, they do not have work schedules and don’t have a basic salary.
In a statement, EFF chairperson in Tshwane Obakeng Ramabodu said it is unfair that these costs are being shifted to workers who are already working hard to make ends meet.

“The EFF will be conducting a visit to Babel restaurant to address these serious violations of workers’ rights and to ensure that all employees are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve,” Ramabodu said.
In January 2022, EFF leader Julius Malema visited restaurants to assess the employment ratio of locals and foreign nationals.
