Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it Ogene musician, Igbo Jah, was shot dead with 8 bullets by Anti-cult police officer in Enugu while performing.
Investigation reveal Igbo Jah’s body is riddled with up to 8 bulllets, thus cannot be termed an ‘accidental discharge’.
He performed Ogene music at a burial on Friday 25th October 2024 after which the police officers invited him to perform at their office later that night.
He was reportedly shot several times at the back while setting up his instruments.
The police officers dumped his corpse in their unmarked Hilux patrol vehicle at UNTH Enugu and fled the scene afterwards.
Igbo Jah is survived by a wife and two kids.
