(Video) Suspected Nigerian Tout Hangs On The Bonnet Of A Car From Ikoyi To VI In Lagos, After The Owner Refused To Tip Him For Parking On His “territory”

A yet-to-be identified Nigerian tout (agbero) has caused stirs after he was seen hanging onto a lady’s bonnet over refusal to tip him for parking in a space that doesn’t belong to him. (Read More Here).

According to the lady, she says she parked her car at “Untitled” at Taofeek Lawal way. On her way home, the tough guy came out and said that the lady had parked in his space and must tip him before leaving.

The unseen lady confirmed that her lover tried talking with the guy, but he felt stubborn and as he went ahead to deflate her tyres.

In the trending video, the yet-to-be identified crazy man was seen hanging on the bonnet of the lady who had refused to give him some money.

The lady says that the guy had been on her bonnet from Ikoyi to VI (Victoria Island).
