Nigerian comedian, Mr Maraconi Debo, has dropped a new comedy skit, titled, National Cake. His new comedy skit features him, his daughter (Motunde) and a passer-by.
In the new comedy skit, Mr. Macaroni drops his daughter off at her friend’s place. Motunde tries to get emotional but gets comforted by her father who promises to pick her up after his meeting.
Motunde bids goodbye to her father, who drives off in his Toyota SUV. She reaches the gate of her friend’s house and tries to enter but gets stopped by a busybody passerby.
The busybody passerby begins to tell Motunde that the man (her father) who dropped her is a ‘Maga’ – ‘A fool used by people to get money or connections.’ She then begins to tell Motunde how that man (Mr. Macaroni) had already described his wife (Mummy Wa) and Motunde herself.
Unknowing to the busybody passerby, she was actually talking to the daughter of the said Maga. Motunde acts so calm as she plays along while the lady tells her the kind of father she has. The lady tells Motunde to be sharp so that she can also get her own ‘National Cake’ from the said Maga (Daddy Wa – Mr. Macaroni).
