A Milwaukee community is outraged after a video has gone viral of a white man holding a Black man with special needs by the throat after accusing him of stealing a bike, according to Fox6 News. (Read More Here).
The man in the video who is seen choking the black man has been identified as Robert Walczykowski. In the video you can see he is blocking the man from moving. Walczykowski is then seen holding his phone up to his ear appearing to call 911 and is heard telling the operator that the young man stole the bike out of his friend’s yard.
Deangelo Wright, the man who recorded the incident told WISN 12 News reporter, that he was driving when he saw the incident in the middle of the street so he jumped out his car to film. “Just looking at it, it just looked like he was choking a kid. It was sad and very upsetting,” Wright said.
