A man is currently using a panga to threaten a KPLC staff for coming to disconnect power from his home. The KPLC guy has been forced to remain on top of the pole.
He can’t come down. This is happening a few minutes after the police arrested Kitui East MP Nimrod Mbai after he slapped a KPLC staff at his Kitengela home.
The few corrupt and rogue KPLC officials are the reasons Kenyans don’t like KPLC staffs.
