HPD has released surveillance footage of three male suspects wanted in connection to the deadly assault and robbery of Gavin Melchor, 24, who was found unresponsive at 2900 Westridge Street around 1:10 AM on March 2.
The footage shows three male suspects:
• One wearing a white t-shirt and green shorts
• One in a black sweater with an orange design, black pants, and blue shoes
• One in a black sweater and black shorts, carrying a pink bag
HPD investigators say Gavin was robbed by the suspect in the white shirt, kicked in the head by the one in the black-and-orange sweater, and knocked unconscious by the individual carrying the pink bag. He was taken to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
This was cold-blooded and inhuman. Also, there appears to have been a child present. See below.
