Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Makhadzi said she wasn’t paid her R90K by Kwa London Festival organizers as her reason for not performing leading to burning stage by mob at Makwassie stadium near Wolmaransstad.

Makhadzi has released a statement saying she didn’t pitch to the North West event where fans burnt the equipment because she was not paid the balance of R90,000 14 days before the show as per the agreement.

Makhadzi was booked at a fee of R180 000, and a deposit of R90 000 was paid, plus an additional R3000 for a promo video. READ MORE HERE

It is unclear at this point whether the 90k deposit will be refunded to the promoter. If the promoter doesn’t get refunded, he would have lost 90k plus the damages made by Makhadzi’s fans.
