Lori Harvey is opening up about her love life — sort of kind of — as she speaks with ‘Essence’ about self-love. Harvey admits she’s deciding to be a little selfish and “is NOT compromising” on her value and happiness.
While being featured in the magazine, the SKN by LH founder took a moment to speak up on self-love and said: “This moment is about me. I feel like it’s always been [about] me attached to something or someone. This time, it’s about me. Self-love, self-care, self-reflection. I’m being a little self-ish right now. It’s my time.”
She continued, “I know my worth, and I know my value. I’m not going to compromise that, or settle, or accept anything less than what I know I deserve. That’s where I’m at in my life right now. I’m not compromising my peace and happiness for anything or anybody.” Meanwhile, Harvey has been newly linked to actor Damson Idris. They were recently spotted out in LA together, on more than one occasion. Idris even roosted Harvey’s new magazine feature on his Instagram Story today.
The two arrived together at 8:16 pm and left at 10:32. Damson was escorted to the passenger back seat of his Escalade by his personal security. His security then walked back in to escort Lori to the other side of the Cadillac behind the drivers seat.
They went to Catch Steak immediately after leaving Olivetta to join friends for Zack Bia’s birthday. The two waited for all of the photographers to leave before sneaking out of Catch Steak at 11:54 pm.
Lori was escorted first followed by Damson getting in the back seat to go to their next location. They purposely came out separately to avoid being shot together.
