Nigerian food vlogger, Love Mrs. Kush is here again with another exciting recipe episode. This time, she’s teaching us how to prepare Nigerian version of Fried Rice by Love Mrs. Kush.
In the video, Mrs. Kush took us through a step by step process on how to prepare Nigerian Fried Rice. Nigerian Fried Rice is exceptional in taste, aroma and colour.
Ingredients used:
1. 500g rice
2. 1 tso dried thyme
3. 1 tbsp curry powder
4. 1 tbsp salt
5. 300-400ml water
6. Chopped pepper
7. 1 medium onion
8. 2-3 Bay leaves
9. 6 sausages (chicken Franks)
10. Medium carrots
11. 1 green bell pepper
12. Green beans
13. 1/2 tsp salt
14. 1/2 tsp garlic/ginger powder
15. 1 can sweet corn
