Ingredients used:
1. 2cups Golden Sella Basmati Rice
2. 300g ponmo (cow skin)
3. 1 medium smoked panla
4. 1 medium smoked Catfish
5. 3 tbsp coarsely ground crayfish
6. 2 tbsp iru (locust beans)
7. 2 crayfish stock cubes
8. 1 tbp salt
9. 1 tbsp ground Cameroon pepper
10. 1 cup scent leaves
