Ingredients used:
1. 3 cups rice
2. 400g coconut milk
3. 4cups mixed vegetables
4. Boneless and chicken
5. 2 cloves garlic
6. Chicken seasoning
7. Garlic powder
8. Black pepper powder
9. Curry powder
10. Thyme
11. Salt
12. 2 stalks spring onions
13. Cooked liver or kidney
14. 900ml chicken broth
15. Coconut oil
16. 1.5 inch ginger
17. 1cup cooked pawns
18. 1 desiccated coconut
Importance of desiccated coconut:
1. It gives beautiful texture to the Coconut Fried Rice.
2. It intensifies the coconut flavour.
