In the video, she took us through a step by step process on how to prepare or make the Best Overnight Oats and A Healthy Smoothie. A must try recipe. 






Ingredients used:

For Overnight Oats:

1. 3/4 cup instant or rolled oats

2. 1 tablespoon chia/chai seeds 

3. 1 ccup coconut milk 

4. Sweetener 

5.  Red and green grapes

6. Almond seeds

7. Strawberry 

8. Blueberry 

9. Plum


Smoothie:

1. 1 cup coconut milk 

2. 1 tbsp chai seeds 

3. 1 tbsp instant oats

4. 1 apple

5.  Red and green grapes 

6. 1 banana 

7. 1 kiwi fruit

8. 1 cup cucumber chunks

9. A handful kale leaves 

10. Ice
