For Sponge:
1. 4 white eggs
2. 4 egg yolk
3. 1/4 vanilla essence
4. 1/4 cul oil
5. 1 cup flour
6. 1 tsl baking powder
7. 1/2 baking soda
8. 1/4 cup milk
9. 2 cups icing sugar
10. 1/4 tsp yellow food colour
Ingredients for red sponge cake:
1. 2 cups flour
2. 1 tsp baking powder
3. 1/2 tsp salt
4. 1/2 tsp coffee powder
5. 2 eggs
6. 1 cup butter
7. 2 cups icing sugar
8. 1/4 cup vanilla essence
9. 1 cup butter milk
10. 1/2 tsp white vinegar
11. 1 tsp red food colour
12. 1/2 tsp baking tsp
Ingredients for cream frosting:
1. 500g butter
2. 400g icing sugar
3. 1 cup cream cheese
4. 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
Ingredients for buttermilk
1. 1 cup milk
2. 1 tbsp vinegar
Ingredients for Fondant:
1. 1 kg icing sugar
2. 300 g cornflour
3. 200g liquid glucose
4. 1/4 cup cold water
5. 1 tsp vanilla essence
6. 2 tbsp glycerin
7. 2 tbsp gelatin
