We are going to teach you how to make crunchy chin-chin. Chin-chin is one of the snacks needed at home and can be served to visitors as well.


The ingredients you need:

1. 600 grams of flour.

2. 1 tin milk.

3. Two large eggs.

4. Small water.

5. Half cup of sugar.

6. Half teaspoon of salt.

7. 100 grams of unsalted butter.

8. 1 tablespoon of corn starch.

9. 1 tablespoon of baking powder.

10. Half teaspoon of nutmeg.

11. And oil.







Here are the steps:

1. Sieve the flour in a bowl.

2. Add the corn starch.

Note: Corn starch makes chin-chin crunchy.

3. Add the sugar, salt, baking powder and nutmeg, then mix well.

4. Add butter.

5. Whisk the eggs and pour it into the mixture.

6. Add the tin milk, mix while adding water bit by bit.
