Nigerian food vlogger, Sisi Jemimah, is back again with another exciting recipe episode. This time, she’s teaching us how to prepare or make Chinese Style Pepper Steak or Beef Stir-Fry Chinese Style.
In the video, she took us through a long step by step process on how to prepare Chinese Style Pepper Steak.
Ingredients used:
1. 900g flank steak
2. 2 each red and green bell peppers
3. 1 onion
SLURRY:
1. 400ml beef broth
2. 1/4 cup soy sauce
3. 2 tbsp rice wine
4. 1 tsp sesame oil
5. 3 tsp brown sugar
6. 1 tsp black pepper
7. 1 tspp black pepper
8. 1 tsp garlic powder
9. 1 tsp ginger powder
MEAT MARINADE:
1. 2,stock cubes
2. 1/4 cup soy sauce
3. 1 tbsp minced garlic
4. 1/3 cup honey
5. 2 tbsp vegetable oil
6. 1/2 tsp sesame oil
7. 1 tsp Black pepper
