In the video, Tasty City took us through a smooth step by step process on how to bake or make Butter Shortbread Cookies. Shortbread can be eaten with soft drinks, juice, wine and even tea.
Ingredients used:
1. All purpose flour (500g)
2. 250g soft unsalted butter
3. 100g icing sugar
4. 50g corn starch
5. 1/4 tso salt
6. 16g vanilla sugar or extract
