Nigerian food vlogger, Nanaaba’s Kitchen, has dropped a new video on how to make or prepare Akara or Koose Recipe (Gluten free or vegan).
In the video, she took us through a step by step process on how to make or prepare Perfect Akara Koose. A must try recipe at home.
Ingredients used:
2 cups black eyed beans soaked and peeled
* 2 shallots
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1 tsp all purpose seasoning / 1/2 cube chicken or vegetable bouillon
* 1 scotch bonnet/ habanero chili
* oil for deep frying (vegetable oil)
