Nigerian food vlogger, Bukie Akinmade of the Kitchen Muse, has dropped a new video on how to prepare or make 5 Refreshing Healthy Homemade Fruit Juices Recipes.
In the video, Bukie took her time to show us how to prepare or make 5 Healthy Homemade Fruit Juices. Don’t add sugar or any preservatives. Enjoy its natural taste.
Fruit juice 1:
Strawberry Limeade Juice – (Strawberry, lime and honey).
1. Cut the fruits aforementioned in small pieces.
2. Transfer them into a blender, add little water and blend.
3. Separate the chaff from the juice with a sieve.
4. Add honey and mix with a spoon.
5. Pour the juice into a jar and preserve in the refrigerator.
Fruit juice 2:
Virgin Pina Colada Juice – (Pineapple and coconut)
1. Cut the fruits aforementioned for fruit juice 2 into smaller pieces.
2. Transfer the cut fruits into a blender, add little water and blend.
3. Separate the chaff from the juice with a sieve.
4. Pour the juice into a glass jar and preserve in the refrigerator.
Fruit juice 3:
Apples, Cucumber and Mint Juice – Common juice amongst the Mexicans.
1. Cut the fruits aforementioned for fruit juice 3 into smaller pieces.
2. Transfer the chopped fruits into a blender, add little water and blend.
3. Separate the chaff from the juice with a sieve.
4. Pour the juice into a glass jar and preserve in the refrigerator.
Note: Don’t add much mint leaves.
Fruit juice 4:
Carrots, Apples and Ginger Juice
1. Chop the fruits into smaller pieces.
2. Transfer the chopped fruits into a blender, add little water and blend.
3. Separate the chaff from the juice with a sieve.
4. Pour the juice into a glass jar and preserve in the refrigerator.
Fruit juice 5:
Watermelon and Cucumber Juice
1. Cut the fruits list fruit juice 5 into smaller pieces.
2. Transfer the chopped fruits into a blender, add little water and blend.
3. Separate the chaff from juice with a sieve.
4. Pour the juice into a glass jar and preserve in the refrigerator.
