For the pepper sauce:

1. 5 spicy hot pepper 

2. 6 small Bell peppers 

3. 1 onion

4. Oil

Garnish the Peppered Snail 

1. 1 yellow Bell pepper 

2. 1 green Bell pepper 

3. 1 red Bell pepper

4. 1 onion
