Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that a lady shot in her leg while black people were fighting over shoes inside Hibbett Sports in Monroe Louisiana.
A shooting occurred at Hibbett Sports, on Louisville Ave, in Monroe, starting inside the store and ending outside.
Monroe Police Department say the incident was not a random act of violence.
