Nigerian comedianne, Apaokagi Maryam, popularly known as, Taaooma, has dropped a didactic and satiric comedy skit on the issue of looting and vandalising of shops in Nigeria.
A few days ago, shops across Nigeria were heavily looted by hoodlums during the End SARS protest and many business owners were crippled due to the looting.
Now, Taaooma has made a comedy skit condemning the ridiculous act of looting. Other comedians, such as: Mr. Macaroni and Broda Shaggi have also made comedy skit on looting. (Read More Here).
In this new comedy skit, Kunle and his wife, Ronke, are seen as they chill outside of their house while discussing how bold the youths of this present generation are (Soro Soko Werey Generation).
While discussing, Solo draws close to the couple to deliver the news that Kunle’s sidechick, Cynthia’s shop has been looted by hoodlums. After receiving the message, Kunle immediately becomes emotional.
In his emotional state, Kunle didn’t know when he almost revealed to his wife that he was the one who raised the capital for Cynthia’s business. Ronke, as the sharp housewife that she is, immediately, grabbed the “slipped talk” from Kunle.
Moral lessons:
1. Say no looting, stealing, hooliganism and vandalism.
2. Say no to extra marital affairs.
