Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Judge Rogelio León Diaz ordered the release of Don Rodo from El Altiplano prison around 1:00 AM.




The detainee crossed the prison gate after 11:00 p.m., and was presented before the media cameras prior to his installation at the site.


A judge declared his detention legal and ordered informal preventive detention as a preventive measure during the initial remote hearing on Tuesday, which lasted more than 8 hours.


The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) accuses Abraham “N” of crimes related to the possession of firearms and explosives, crimes against health and others.

Since this morning, Abraham Oseguera Cervantes, “Don Rodo,” brother of the leader of the Jalisco Cartel – New Generation (CJNG), Nemesio Oseguera, “El Mencho,” has been appearing via videoconference before a control judge at the Federal Criminal Justice Center in Almoloya de Juarez, State of Mexico.


He does so connected from the headquarters of the Special Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime (FEMDO) of the Attorney General’s Office, where he has been held since Sunday when he was detained by members of the National Guard in the municipality of Autlan de Navarro, Jalisco, one of the strongholds of the CJNG.


His defense requested the duplication of the constitutional term to continue with the hearing for 144 hours, and the judge summoned the parties to continue with the session at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 27.


Last Sunday “Don Rodo” was detained by the National Guard in Autlán de Navarro, Jalisco and remained in the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime (FEMDO) in Mexico City.
