“Gino was reaching for his insurance information in the glove box when he was shot by Sergeant Mike McCaffrey.
“In a tragic turn of events, Douglass Barnes sought revenge by waiting for Sergeant McCaffrey’s 17-year-old daughter, Samantha McCaffrey, to exit her limo on prom night.
