Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that IShowSpeed celebrates 20m subscribers on YouTube by dived into his streaming setup.
But the cost of such dedication is a heavy one. MrBeast, in a heartfelt tweet on August 26, shared his struggle with the mental strain he is currently experiencing with his YouTube content creation grind.
He confessed that the demand to produce weekly videos has led him to shoot content every single day, a relentless pace that has left him “dying mentally.”
The top streamer is no stranger to odd celebrations, and he’s crashed his own setup before, but this is one of the most strenuous things Speed has done since his return from the hospital earlier this month.
Speed previously hit the 16 million subscriber milestone in March this year, meaning he gained more than four million subscribers in five months. This is one of the fastest growths YouTube has seen in recent years.
IShowSpeed crashes his stream by crashing into setup
As his live subscriber number ticked over to 20 million, Speed climbed onto the dresser behind his chair, and gave a short monologue about how he felt about his audience.
He then said “goodbye,” in an uncharacteristically serious way, before waving at the stream and diving headfirst at his camera.
The stream’s live image freezes the moment before impact, accompanied by a loud crashing noise, which was most likely the sound of impact.
Despite his resolve to continue pushing the boundaries of content creation, his vulnerability touched the hearts of his fan base, sparking an outpouring of support.
The YouTube sensation’s statement resonated deeply with his community, with fans urging him to prioritize his mental well-being.
Despite these concerns, Insider Gaming notes that MrBeast has recently achieved a remarkable feat by setting a new record for the most views on a video within 24 hours, excluding music content.
