Nigerian food vlogger, Kikifoodies, is here again this week with an exciting food recipe episode. This time, she’s teaching us how to prepare/make Ofada sauce/Ayamashe sauce (Green Pepper Sauce).
In the video, Kikifoodies took us through a step by step process on how to prepare Ofada sauce/Ayamashe sauce (Green Pepper Sauce). Ofada sauce goes well with ofada rice or any kind of rice.
Ingredients used:
1. 600 g beef
2. 1/2 medium onion
3. 1 teaspoon salt
4. 1 1/2 seasoning cubes
5. 100g shaki (cow tripe)
6. 100g ponmo
7. 100g goat meat
8. Season with half of onion, 1 1/2 seasoning cubes
For sauce:
1. 5 eggs
2. 1 small onion
3. 5 medium bell peppers
4. 5 scotch bonnets
5. 3/4 cup palm oil
6. 1 teaspoon salt
7. 1/2 chicken seasoning cube
8. 1/2 beef seasoning cube
