Nigerian food vlogger, Sisi Jemimah, is here again with another exciting recipe episode. This time, she’s teaching us how to prepare/make Nigerian version of Egusi Soup.
In the video, Sisi took us through an amazing journey on how to prepare or make a pot of tasty Nigerian Egusi Soup. Egusi soup can be eaten with any kind of swallow, such as: Fufu, Eba, Semolina, etc.
Ingredients used:
1. Assorted meats (Beef, ponmo, goat meat, shaki)
2. 1.5 cups whole egusi
3. Crayfish powder
4. 1 cup palm oil
5. 4 bell pepper (Tatashe)
6. Paprika pepper
7. Chilli pepper
8. Scotch bonnet (atarodo)
9. Locust beans
10. Seasoning cubes
11. Salt
12. Stock fish
13. Smoked fish
14. 1 cup chopped ugu/spinach leaves
15. 2 medium onions
