Talented Nigerian food vlogger, Rozy, is back again with another exciting food episode. This time, she’s showing us how to make Pap/Ogi/Akamu from scratch.



In the video, Rozy, took us through a step by step process on how you can make Pap/Ogi/Akamu from scratch at the comfort of your home. 


Pap/Ogi/Akamu is mostly eaten/taken by Africans across the world. It goes well with creamy liquid or powdered milk. It can be eaten with bean ball (Akara), groundnut and moimoi (bean cake). 


Ingredients used:

Much ingredients weren’t used. 

1. Goya White Corn/Maize – used to make white pap/Ogi/Akamu.

2. Goya Yellow Corn/maize – used to make yellow pap/Ogi/Akamu.
