Nigerian food vlogger, Rozy, is back again with another exciting food episode. This time, she’s showing us how to make/fry Corn Akara or Ekoka (Edo dialect).
Last time, Rozy taught us how to make Potato Buns (Read More Here). In the video, she slowly took us through the journey how she prepared her Corn Akara/Ekoka. Corn Akara goes well with some sliced Coconuts.
Ingredients used:
1. Corn – 2cups of dried corn (either white or yellow corn)
2. Onions
3. Scotch Bonnets
4. Palm oil or vegetable oil
5. Salt
6. Coconut
