In the video, she took us through a step by step process on how to make the Best Nigerian Egg Rolls. Egg roll goes well with soft drinks or bottle/sachet water.
Ingredients used:
1. 4 cups flour
2. Tsp baking powder
3. Tsp salt
4. 1/3 cup sugar
5. 100g butter
6. 2 eggs
7. Milk
8. Ginger
9. 1/4 tsp pineapple flavour
10. 1 crate of boiled eggs
11. Vegetable oil to fry
