If our leaders had investments in Gikomba market, then trust me a lasting solutions to those random fires, would have been found ten years ago. Do not be deceived by those tweets they are bombarding you with. Solutions are not in social media, but in their offices.

You can’t tell me that the government can’t have measures to curb the Gikomba fires unless…..your guess is as good as mine.

Blame the government.

Gikomba again??

There is a government which will go in history. The government which found people rich and left them poor. A government which married the opposition to oppress its people.

Gikomba fires, Kamkunji vacant stalls, Kariobangi demolitions, Kahawa west demolitions.

Gikomba market has employed more youths than the Government has.

Raining in Nairobi. But Gikomba is burning. Who wants to finish this famous market? It has now become a ritual. Feeling for the traders who always have to go through this unnecessary stress.

It’s very early yet Gikomba is on fire. I urge Governor Sonko to use his networks and expose the cartels behind this impunity+
