Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Former Kiambu Governor, William Kabogo, harassed house owner by switching off his power because he installed generator.
According to the acclaimed house owner, he said William Kabogo had harassed his family members, as he switched off the electricity because he installed a noisy generator.
The video has gone viral on Kenya Twitter, and it has caused stirs.
