The Mhlanga family is devastated by the untimely loss of their beloved son, Oupa Mhlanga, affectionately known as “Phias the Photographer,” who tragically passed away in a car accident in Riverside, Mbombela, on Sunday, November 24, 2024.

The accident occurred at the R40 and R37 intersection at approximately 04:14. A video circulating on social media shows the Mercedes-Benz, in which Phias was an occupant, colliding with the rear of an articulated truck as it turned onto the R37.
