Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Ferdy Sambo finally admits killing Brigadir Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat J out of anger.
Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) Ahmad Taufan Damanik said Inspector General Ferdy Sambo had admitted that he was most responsible for the murder of Brigadier J.
“Once again he (Ferdy Sambo) finally admitted that he was the most responsible for this incident,” said Taufan at the Mobile Brigade Headquarters, Depok, Friday (12/8).
With Ferdy’s confession, Komnas HAM hopes that the investigation process until the trial can produce a judicial decision that is as fair as possible.
“First, is the confession of Ferdy Sambo’s brother that he is the main actor of this incident,” said Taufan.
Sambo, said Taufan, has also admitted to being the one who designed the post-killing scenario. Sambo also claimed to be the originator of the scenario of the shootout between Bharada E and Brigadier J.
“But then he admitted that it was his own design and he admitted that he was guilty of his actions,” said Taufan.
Previously, the National Police named former Head of the National Police Propam Division Inspector General Ferdy Sambo as a suspect in the murder of Brigadier J. Sambo, allegedly ordering Bharada E to kill Brigadier J. Sambo.

For this Sambo was charged with Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 in conjunction with Article 55 in conjunction with Article 56 of the Criminal Code concerning Premeditated Murder with a maximum penalty of death.
“Investigators have applied Article 340 in conjunction with Article 338 in conjunction with Article 55 in conjunction with the Criminal Code with a maximum threat of the death penalty, life imprisonment, or a maximum imprisonment of 20 years,” said Kabareskrim Komjen Agus Andrianto in an official statement at the National Police Headquarters.
The Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo said the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit had officially dissolved the National Police Task Force which was once led by Inspector General Ferdy Sambo . Currently , Sambo is a suspect in the murder case of Brigadier Joshua or Brigadier J.
The National Police Task Force, the National Police Chief have stopped the activities of the National Police Task Force, so there are no longer any activities of the National Police Task Force,” said Dedi.
