In the trending video, the elderly Fulani man was seen in the mosque as he looked from his right and his left side.
The coast was clear, he climbed on the wall leading to the bulb. In no time, he climbed up and up stole the bulb.
He looks like the elderly Fulani who stole a smartphone from a pharmacy store in Abuja, a day ago.
