The officials of The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have sealed a mansion belonging to former Governor of Lagos state, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode.
The mansion is located at 320 Jide Oki Street in Victoria Island, Lagos state. The house was sealed with a notice, which reads, “EFCC Keep Off Under Investigation.” The beautiful duplex was taken over by the EFCC two days ago.
According to the source, EFCC sealed Akinwunmi Ambode’s house due to suspicious corruption and embezzlement. The source says the mansion will be locked till investigations on the means Ambode used to build the mansion is found.
