Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Dead body of Head of Ndiga Clan, Daniel Bbosa, lying lifeless in his Land Cruiser car goes viral after being shot dead.
Unknown gunmen have been lynched after shooting to death one of Buganda’s leading clan leaders Sunday afternoon.
Ndiga (sheep) clan leader Daniel Bbosa was killed on Sunday inside his car near his home in Lungujja parish, Lubaga Division, in Kampala.
Bbosa, according to pictures shared by Buganda kingdom website, and others circulating on social media platforms, was driving in a vehicle with registration number UAH 637X.
Senior Superintendent of Police -SSP Patrick Onyango, the Kampala police spokesperson confirmed the shooting.
“The motive behind this senseless act of violence remains unknown, and efforts are underway to identify and apprehend the perpetrators,” Deputy Police Spokesperson for Kampala Metropolitan Police Luke Owoyesigyire said in a statement.
He added: “We have recovered the firearm allegedly used in the murder incident, along with the motorcycle registration number UEX 754E, utilized by the assailants during the attack. These findings will be instrumental in our ongoing investigation.”
